History of TGLE
The Greatest League Ever was formed in 2013 by a rag-tag bunch of degens looking for yet another fantasy football league. Mitch hadn’t hit puberty yet when the inaugural season was won by a controversial manager who later left the league in shame, or something like that. Some call his victory a stain on the league. Despite TGLE’s early struggles, the league pushed on and remained a 12-team show until everyone got sick of each another and decided to expand. 2018 brought fresh, new blood into the league. The decision to expand to 20 teams did not go well for the TGLE OGs, as newb Calvin’s Choice Team stole the show and the title. Despite not even knowing how to change his team name, Calvin’s Choice Team repeated the following year, this time beating out 23 others. 2020 saw the league expand to 30 teams and survive Covid.
